The FROG....

The most popular use of a frog in a movie/book is the kissing of a frog to become a prince.

However, in China, the frog represents the lunar yin. They have even created a frog spirit, Ch’ing-Wa Sheng, which is associated with healing and good fortune, which is one of the main reasons why you will see a lot of frog relics around businesses and in homes.

I decided that this ring is...
1. Gorgeous
2. Easier to kiss than any real frog
3. Will bring me good fortune

Note: An all gold version of this Lucifer Vir Honestus frog ring has been spotted on Drew Barrymore.

Look Good-Save the Children!!

Sterling Silver and black ceramic Bulgari ring. $75 of the cost of the ring goes to Save the Children campaign.

This is a chance to give to yourself and others while obtaining a classic accessory at the same time.

Please feel free to correct me from wrong!

2SMRT4U

I would like to begin by mentioning one small fact about me. I read Teen Vogue. Now that I'm done with the difficult part I can continue with my findings.
The Teen Vogue magazine is running an advertisement called 2SMRT4U, which brings awareness to online safety for teenagers. The website includes tips for avoiding online predators, safe social networking for teens, and a free ring to bring awareness to the teen community. The very cool and upbeat campaign features the "Heroes" star Hayden Panettierre (save the cheerleader, save the world!).
As mentioned above , the ring is totally free all you have to do is go to the site http://www.2smrt4u.com/.
Remember that you can wear this ring on your necklace or on your finger. But more importantly, this is definitely a cool way to bring awareness to something that affects all of us. I am not a teen myself but by wearing this ring I know I can create some buz amongst my surrounding teens (younger siblings, cousins, friends, and mentees).
