My PG friend comes back...

My PG friend did it again. How cute is she? I can't get over it. She is 5 months pregnant and is still wearing her regular clothes. She is looking very chic on a cool Summer day of shopping for non other than maternity clothes. She's wearing a basic black top and basic black bermuda shorts, on her feet she wears flat peep toe shoes in black. She spruces up her outfit by layering a fitted v-neck candy striped red and white shirt, that I must add was a great buy at Target for $16.99.

This is the perfect example to show that being pregnant doesn't mean that you have to look frumpy or baggy. This example also shows how a wardrobe with the basics can be quickly updated with simple and affordable trendy items. (stripes and reds are IN for the transition into Fall and for the Fall 2006)

I must report that, I haven't been able to convince her to wear leggings but, one thing she does do is make pregnancy look effortless. She is truly my real life Heidi Klum.
