L.A.M.B

How rocker chic!! Who doesn't love a girl who seems to have it all and keeps a smile on her face.
Gwen Stefani is a great mom, has great style, and I love her music. I think this is the perfect timing for her to show up at Bryant Park because her L L.A.M.B. fragrance just hit stores...I took one sniff of it and immediately bought the big bottle with a promotional cosmetic bag and hobo gold bag. The cost is $72 USD for 100ml (3.4 fl. oz.). I think it's a pretty great deal, especially considering the fact that the fragrance is a long lasting eau de parfum. I don't like the way the bottle looks though. I don't like the color combination, or the design, but anyhow it's the inside that matters.

Now back to the collection, I loved the yellow accessories paired with the green it looks superb.

I also love the structured silhouettes paired with plaid (below). I can definitely find a way to wear these to my office. It's a unique combination and it looks fresh.

For a night out on the town I would dare to wear these black, white, and gray, stripes and checkered ensemble.(below) Sequins with impact!!(below) Gwen Stefani wore a sequins short dress from her collection during the show. I would wear this short frock by itself to show some legs and would also wear them with a nice pair of jeans, depending on the occasion.

I did not like the evening dresses (they looked like prom dresses) or the animal print items. However, overall I think that the collection is very wearable and it's very Gwen Stefani. Those who love her style and can afford it will be satisfied to run to the stores to obtain this collection in a flash.

For me, I can only afford one piece on a rainy day. But, I can tell you that I am waiting for the Gwen Stefani budget line that she should be developing already. (This is just my humble opinion.)

Parts of it really reminded me of Jeffrey's Project Runway season 3 collection, which was awesome.

Hey -- great blog! There's a lot to love in Gwen's line (her hubby and son are adorable). How would you classify the fragrance? The packaging is bold, though perhaps a bit clunky.

Am adding your blog to the "Diva Style File" on my blog!
