ANSWER: It's the Summer, and in my opinion, it's too hot to cover your toes. I would rather exhibit my new pedicure and have my feet look a little sexy with strappy wedges.

I like the closed toe shoe but that is just a style preference and a general hate of even well pedicured toes. I think they are both really cute though.
